As of March 31, 2022, the City of Oakland's Emergency Rental Assistance Program responding to COVID-19 is oversubscribed and no longer accepting applications.

If you have already submitted an application online for back rent assistance needed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, you may be contacted based on priority need. Please continue to check our website for other supports that will be offered in the future.
